Paleo diet is derived from the word paleontology which is the study of fossils of early life that started to thrive on earth, the evolution of organisms and their interaction with the environment. It basically focuses on diet that early Homo sapiens would have had as their diet.
During the age of early men, they were heavily dependent of hunting. The meat was grass fed, as in, the animals ate what was naturally available. They were also dependent on fruits and vegetables that they could readily eat.
Paleo diet is all about eating real food. The focus of this diet is to make sure that you eat food that is free from all the synthetic processes of medicinally enhancing the life stock to fatten up the meat. It’s a genetically accepted nutritional diet plan that helps you maintain a lean built and stay energetic and strong.
